摘　　要：目的:评价卵巢内膜样癌的CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析23例经手术病理证实的卵巢内膜样癌的CT表现。结果:23例卵巢内膜样癌中,17例为单侧(左侧10例,右侧7例),6例为双侧,合并子宫内膜癌2例。平扫示肿瘤多为类圆形实性为主肿块,囊变多见,均无钙化,增强扫描后肿瘤实性部分中度强化,呈多囊状环形强化16例。结论:卵巢内膜样癌的CT表现具有一定特征性,可提示本病的诊断。Objective：To evaluate CT scan in the diagnosis of ovarian endometrioid carcinoma.Methods：CT findings in 23 patients with ovarian endometrioid carcinomas confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among the 23 patients with ovarian endometrioid carcinomas,unilateral lesions were found in 17 patients（10 left,7 right） and bilateral lesions were found in 6 patients.Associated endometrial carcinomas were found in 2 patients.On unenhanced CT,ovarian endometrioid carcinomas usually appeared as oval predominantly solid masses.Although no calcification was found in any case,cystic change was found in most cases.On enhanced CT,solid component was enhanced moderately and multiple ring-like enhancement was found in 16 cases.Conclusion：The ovarian endometrioid carcinomas possess specific CT manifestations,which are valuable to the correct diagnosis of the disease.
