壳聚糖—抗坏血酸盐治疗大鼠牙周炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨壳聚糖-抗坏血酸盐治疗牙周炎的作用。方法采用56只Wistar大鼠建立牙周炎模型,分成两组,实验组用壳聚糖—抗坏血酸盐胶体,对照组用生理盐水,牙周袋内注入进行治疗。治疗后不同时间进行临床检查、形态学测量和组织学观察。结果实验组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失和牙齿松动度均低于对照组。实验组牙槽骨丧失量在0、2、4周分别是1.18±0.08 mm、1.10±0.12 mm、1.03±0.08 mm;对照组分别为1.17±0.11 mm,1.31±0.09 mm和1.42±0.14 mm。组织学观察,实验组和对照组都没有明显的新附着形成,但实验组炎症浸润程度明显低于对照组,且有再生修复。结论壳聚糖—抗坏血酸盐不但能消除菌斑局部刺激因素,而且可阻断牙槽骨继续破坏。Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of chitosan-ascorbate on periodontitis in rat.Methods The model of periodontitis in fifty-six Wistar rats was established,which were then divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with chitosan-ascorbate by local injection into the pocket,and the control group with saline.Clinical parameters,histological and morphometric analysis were measured or evaluated at different time after treatment.Results Dental plaque index（PLI）,gingival index（GI）,pocket depth（PD）,attachment loss（AL） and tooth mobility（TM） in experimental group were lower than those in control group.The inflammatory infiltration in periodontal tissue was more severe in experimental group than in control.Conclusion Chitosan-ascorbate could not only improve the clinical symptoms of periodontitis,but also block the continuous destruction of periodontal tissue.
