间苯三酚治疗伊立替康所致重度迟发性腹泻的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察间苯三酚治疗伊立替康所致重度迟发性腹泻应用易蒙停无效患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析3例间苯三酚治疗伊立替康致重度迟发性腹泻但服用易蒙停无效病例。结果间苯三酚治疗第1天,3例患者的大便次数均明显减少,其中1例患者大便恢复正常;治疗第2天另2例患者大便亦恢复正常。3例患者均于1周内康复出院。结论对伊立替康化疗致重度迟发性腹泻用易蒙停无效患者可尝试间苯三酚静脉滴注治疗,但其安全性需临床进一步大样本研究。Objective To observe the effect of phloroglucinol for the patients who were suffering from severe delayed-onset diarrhea caused by irinotecan and could not be mitigated after the application of loperamide.Methods Retrospective analysis was done upon 3 patients applied with phloroglucinol,who were with delayed-onset diarrhea caused by irinotecan and could not alleviated by loperamide.Results With the applicatior of phloroglucinol on day 1,3 patients＇ frequency of cacation was decreased,and 1 patient＇s condition returned to normal.After application for 2 days,the patients＇ cacation returned to normal.Three patients were rehabilitated within 1 week.Conclusion The patients who suffered from severe delayed-onset diarrhea caused by irinotecan can be treated by phloroglucinol,if the application of loperamide is invalid,but its safety needs further clinical research with larger samples.
