摘　　要：介绍了如何将科研课题转化成课题型物理实验。利用功率器件的散热研究,分别介绍了理论方法、模拟方法和实验方法在物理实验教学中的应用,使大学物理实验成为培养学生创新能力的课程载体,有效实现创新能力的渗透式培养。This paper introduces one of the research-style physical experiments,named research of heat dissipation of powerful devices,which comes from scientific research.The theory analysis,simulation and measurement are applied in this research-style physical experiment.The aim is to train creative students by physical experiments.
