摘　　要：教学团队建设是进行高等学校教学改革、提高教学质量的重要举措。民办高校在教学团队建设方面优势与困难并存、机遇与危机同在,民办高校应在认真分析自身困难与优势的基础上,强化团队意识,精诚合作,激励教师为打造优质教学团队、构建教师共同体而努力,并以教学团队建设为契机形成民办高校良好的组织文化和组织风气。The construction of teaching teams is an important measure in teaching reforms and teaching quality improving in colleges and universities.In this regard,private universities have their own advantages and opportunities in spite of all the difficulties.It is suggested that private universities,after analyzing their difficulties and advantages,strengthen their team awareness,establish an incentive mechanism,and take efforts to shape their own features in organization and cultural atmosphere.
