护理实习生艾滋病职业防护相关知识认知水平与职业防护意识的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解护生艾滋病职业防护相关知识的认知水平及其艾滋病职业防护意识状况,探讨护生艾滋病职业防护相关知识的认知水平与职业防护意识的相关性,提出相应的职业防护策略,为提高护生认知水平,防止职业暴露发生提供科学依据。方法 2010年3月~6月对广东省珠江三角地区多所不同等级医院的244名护生艾滋病职业防护相关知识的认知水平及其艾滋病职业防护意识的现状进行调查。结果护生艾滋病职业防护相关知识知晓率较低,职业防护意识较弱,发生艾滋病职业暴露是客观存在且不容忽视的;护生艾滋病职业防护相关知识的认知水平与职业防护意识有一定的相关性。结论加强护生艾滋病职业防护知识传授,增强职业防护意识;严格规范护生各项操作规程,减少职业暴露发生。Objective To enhance the nursing students＇ knowledge level of AIDS occupational protection and the awareness of AIDS occupational protection conditions,to explore the correlation between the nursing students＇ knowledge level of AIDS occupational protection and the awareness of AIDS occupational protection condition and to propose relevant professional protection policies,provide a scientific basis for improving the knowledge level of nursing students,thus preventing the occurrence of occupational exposure.Methods From March to June 2010,to investigate in the knowledge level of 244 nursing students among different grades hospital in Guangdong Pearl River Delta about AIDS occupational protection and their awareness of AIDS occupational protection conditions.Results The knowledge level of nursing students＇ AIDS occupational protection was low and the awareness of occupational protection was weak.The occupational exposure of AIDS was an objective reality and ccould not be ignored.Nursing students knowledge level of AIDS occupational protection and occupational protection consciousness had a certain correlation.Conclusion Imparting occupational protection knowledge and awareness of occupational protection of AIDS to nursing students will been strengthened,.And,to strictly regulate the operating procedures of nursing students and reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure.
