线阵CCD全景图像的噪声分析与去噪方法研究

摘　　要：为便于线阵CCD(charge-coupled device)全景图像的后期运算处理,需要对图像进行去噪处理,以提高图像信噪比。分析了线阵CCD扫描全景成像系统中图像噪声的来源,研究了该系统噪声的特性。对比研究基于小波变换的多种去噪算法的优劣性和使用条件,提出一种基于小波软硬阈值的中值滤波去噪方法。通过实验结果分析,验证了该方法具有更好的可靠性和有效性,适用于线阵CCD全景图像的去噪处理。For the purpose of improving convenience for the image processing of the panorama system based on linear CCD （charge-coupled device）, de-noise the images to improve the SNR is needed. Analyzed the source of noise of the images grabbed by the panorama system, studied characteristic of the noise. Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of multiple methods of de-noising, a mean-value method of image de-noising based on wavelet soft-and-hard threshold is presented. By analyzing the experiment results, proved the reliability and availability of this method, adopted to the de noising processing of the panorama.
