摘 要:提出一种基于有效值反馈的大功率可调数字电源设计方案.给出了恒压和恒流两种设计方案:恒压方案适用于低压大电流负载;恒流方案适用于高压小电流负载.恒压与恒流方案均能实现标称值10%~100%的可调范围.具备网络通讯接口,通过RS485总线可实现对同一车间或工厂内所有该类设备进行组网,实现所有该类电源设备的统一设定和运行管理.实验和实际应用表明,方案达到了预期效果.This paper provided a digital power driver design scheme based on root mean square (RMS) value feedback. Both the constant voltage and constant current schemes were discussed. Constant voltage scheme were suitable to big current but low voltage loads, and constant current scheme were suitable to high voltage but low current loads. Two kinds of schemes both can be adjustable from 10% to 100% of the ratings. It has a RS485 communicating interface, by which all those drivers in same assembly line or factory can be connected into a network, so every driver can be operated and observed uniformly by a center controller. Experiments and using in projects show that this scheme reached the expected results.
