摘　　要：目的建立样品前处理方法,通过苯二氮胶体金试纸,实现对保健食品中违法添加苯二氮类化合物的样品进行快速检测。方法结合胶体金试纸的特性,对提取溶剂、提取时间、稀释体积等进行考察。结果筛选出最佳的样品前处理方法。结论该方法简便、准确,可作为保健食品中违法添加苯二氮类化合物样品的筛查方法。Objective To establish a pretreatment method to detect rapidly benzodiazepines illegally added in health foods using colloidal gold test paper.Methods According to the features of colloidal gold test paper,the extraction solvents,extraction times and dilution ratios were investigated.Results The optimal pretreatment method was obtained.Conclusion The present method is simple and reliable,which can be applied to rapid screening of benzodiazepines in health foods.
