摘  要:目的建立胆囊癌肝脏侵袭动物模型,并对其进行初步评估。方法取皮下移植瘤瘤块接种于裸鼠肝包膜下,接种后第45天对肝脏行CT检查,并处死裸鼠后取下肝脏行病理检查。结果 CT检查发现侵袭成功率为100%(10/10),探查发现肝脏侵袭模型的成功率为100%(10/10),其侵袭程度为III~IV级,CT检查的阳性率为100%(10/10),组织病理学证实肝脏肿块均为瘤结节。结论将瘤块直接接种于肝包膜下可以成功建立胆囊癌肝脏侵袭动物模型,结合半定量组织学分级法可以对其进行组织学评估,CT可以作为初步评估该模型的影像学工具。Objective To establish and evaluate liver invasion model of gallbladder cancer in nude mice for further clinical trial.Methods Subcutaneous transplantable tumor fragments were implanted under the liver capsule in each nude mouse.After 45 days,the mice were scanned by computerized tomography and sacrificed for pathological examination.Results The liver invasion rate was 100%(10/10),and the invasion degrees of the models were III to IV.All ten mice with invasion were detected by CT scan,and the positive rate of was 100%(10/10).Conclusions he liver invasion model of gallbladder carcinoma in nude mice can be established through implanting the fragments under e liver capsule and evaluated by histological semiquantitative histological grading,and CT can be used as an imaging tool for initial evaluation.
