化石利胆汤对胆总管结石术后患者成石基因B-UGT表达的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究化石利胆汤对内窥镜逆行胆囊-胰腺造影(ERCP)取石术后胆总管结石患者胆汁成石基因血胆红素尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶(bilirubin UDP-glucronosyltransferase,B-UGT)的影响。[方法]经ERCP证实为胆总管结石并经内窥镜括约肌切除术(EST)、机械碎石、网篮球囊取石术等技术取石后的患者100例,随机分为2组,各50例。中西医结合治疗(治疗)组予ERCP取石术后常规西医治疗及化石利胆汤口服,对照组术后只给予常规治疗。术后第1天及服药后第7天、1个月观察患者B-UGT mRNA的表达。[结果]治疗组治疗后血B-UGT mRNA的表达较治疗前明显升高,对照组无变化(P<0.05)。[结论]化石利胆汤可以通过调节血中B-UGTmRNA的表达,抑制成石性胆汁的形成,从而起到防治胆结石的作用。[Objective]To explore the expression of B-UGT gene in patients of cholelithiasis after the treatment of ERCP and the Huashilidan Decoction.[Methods]One hundred patients had been certified with cholelithiasis undergoing ERCP,and received EST,mechanical lithotripsy and basket removal of stone.After the operation,they were divided into two groups randomly.One was the experiment group given Huashilidan Decoction after ERCP.The other was the control group only given the normal therapy.We scaled the expression of B-UGT gene,at the first day,the 7th day and the 30th day after the therapy.[Results]After the treatment,the expression of B-UGT gene was greatly decreased,however,that of the control group was not（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Huashilidan Decoction can reduce the rate of gall-stone by intervene the genes expression of B-UGT.
