普罗布考对脑梗死患者急性期的临床作用观察

摘　　要：目的 观察普罗布考对急性期脑梗死患者血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白自身抗体（oxLDL-Ab）及高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平的影响,评估临床疗效.方法 采用自身对照和组间对照,按随机原则将152例急性期脑梗死患者分为两组,其中普罗布考组（77例）,常规治疗组（75例）,测定治疗前后血清oxLDL-Ab及hs-CRP水平.以神经功能评分为标准,观察治疗14 d后两组的疗效.结果 （1）普罗布考组治疗14 d后,血清oxLDL-Ab及hs-CRP水平较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,神经功能明显改善（P〈0.05）;（2）治疗14 d后,普罗布考组血清oxLDL-Ab及hs-CRP水平均较常规组明显降低（P〈0.05）,神经功能明显改善（P〈0.05）.结论 普罗布考能降低脑梗死患者急性期血清oxLDL-Ab及hs-CRP水平,稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块,降低炎性反应,减轻缺血性脑损伤,提高患者的近期疗效.Objective To evaluate the effects of probucol on the serum level of oxidized low--den- sity lipoprotein autoantibody （oxLDL--Ab） and high--sensitivity C--reactive protein （hs--CRP） in pa- tients with acute phase cerebral infarction. Methods 152 cases of patients with acute phase cerebral infarction were divided into two groups; one group （77 cases） was treated with probucol,the other （75 cases）was used as a control with routine treatment. The serum level of oxLDL--Ab and HS--CRP was measured before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect of probucol was also assessed according to the score of sensory and motor function of the patients after 14 day--treatment. Results There was significant decrease in the serum level of oxLDL--Ab and hs--CRP at 14days after the treatment with probucol （P 〈0.05）, and the decreases are significant comparing to that from control patients. The function recovery is significantly better in probucol group than that in control group after 14days treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Probucol possesses curative effect on patients with acute phase cerebral infarction, likely throughd degrading serum oxLDL--Ab and hs--CRP, stabilizing atherosclerotic plaque,and reducing inflammatory reaction,therefore limiting ischemic brain injury.
