摘　　要：回顾性分析了A市近年来在医保基金筹集和使用方面的相关数据,结合定性访谈的结果,剖析该市在医保基金管理方面的相关举措及其成效,在此基础上,归纳和总结了A市的基金管理模式及其推广价值,并提出了进一步改善的政策建议。This paper retrospectively analyzed the relative data on collection and utilization of medical insurance fund in City A.Combined with the result from qualitative interview,the interventions and those effects on the management of medical insurance fund were analyzed.Then the management model of medical insurance fund and possible application value was summarized and discussed.The paper also put forward several policies recommendations for further improvement of this model.
