大肠癌组织中PTEN、VEGF、COX-2的表达及其相互关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨COX-2、PTEN、VEGF在大肠癌组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测58例大肠癌组织中COX-2、PTEN、VEGF的表达,并分析其相互关系。结果 58例大肠癌组织中COX-2、VEGF的阳性表达率分别为79.31%(46/58)、84.48%(49/58),显著高于正常大肠组织(P<0.01),PTEN的阳性表达率为43.1%(27/58),显著低于正常大肠组织(P<0.01),COX-2,VEGF的阳性表达与患者年龄、有无淋巴结转移及组织学类型差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PTEN的阳性表达与有无淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),COX-2与VEGF的表达存在一定相关性(P<0.05),VEGF与PTEN的表达也存在一定相关性(P<0.05)。结论大肠癌组织COX-2、PTEN的表达与肿瘤血管生成密切相关,二者可能与VEGF协同促进肿瘤血管生成,联合检测PTEN、COX-2、VEGF有望成为判断肿瘤恶性程度及预后的重要生物学指标。Objective To investigate expression of PTEN、COX-2、VEGF in human colorectal carcinoma and their correlation study.MethodsThe expressions of COX-2,PTEN,VEGF in 58 casees of colorectal carcinoma tissue were assessed by immunohistochemistry,and there relation to there clinical significance were statistically analyzed.ResultsPositive expression rates of COX-2,VEGF in 58 casees of colorectal carcinoma tissue were79.31%（46/58）、84.48%（49/58）,which were significantly higher than that in colorectal tissues（P0.01）,positive expression rates of PTEN was 43.1%（27/58）,which were significantly lowwer than that in colorectal tissues,the expressions of COX-2,VEGF donnot relate to age、lymph node status and the structural type of colorectal carcinoma（P0.05）,the expressions of PTEN relate to lymph node status.The expression of VEGF was correlated with COX-2 and PTEN.（P0.05）.ConclusionCOX-2,PTEN may promote angiogenesis through the way of VEGF,they may be important biological markers in evaluateing the malignant degree and prognosis.
