摘　　要：非战争军事行动中的医学救援是军队医务人员的神圣职责,护理人员是医学救援中不可缺少的力量,在医学救援中起着致关重要的作用。面对多样化军事任务,军队院校的学历教育和任职教育必须加以改革,以适应执行多样化军事行动任务的需要。现就非战争军事行动对军事护理教育训练机制与内容体系以及训练方式的变革等方面进行简要概述。Medical rescue is the sacred duty of military medical personnel during the non -war military action. Nurses are indispensable force and play an important role in medical rescue. Facing diverse military missions, military institutions must strengthen the reform of academic education and professional education to meet the needs of different kinds of military missions. The reform in training mechanism, contents and methods of the military nursing education were briefly described in this article.
