摘 要:目的:探讨基础护理质量评价标准细则的制定方法及实施效果。方法:回顾和分析以往基础护理在执行落实中的缺陷,以《住院患者基础服务项目(试行)》、《基础护理服务工作规范》等为指南,结合2007-2009年医院基础护理质量检查评价标准及医院实际情况,针对性地制定基础护理质量评价标准细则;用定量评价法综合判断基础护理落实情况。结果:2009-2010年基础护理合格率明显提升,患者对护理工作综合满意率从92.61%提高至97.0%。结论:基础护理质量评价标准的细则制定和应用,为患者提供高质量、人性化的护理服务,可有效提高基础护理质量,提升患者对护理工作满意度。Objective: To explore the basic nursing evaluation criteria and its implementation effect. Methods: Based on the defects existed in the basic nursing, the basic nursing evaluation criteria was made according to the inpatients basic nursing items, basic nursing standard, and 2007-2009 basic nursing quality standard. The quantity evaluation method was used to inspect the implementation of the basic nursing. Results: The basic nursing pass percent increased obviously in 2009-2010. The patients' satisfaction increased from 92.61% to 97.0%. Conclusion: Making and implementing the basic nursing evaluation criteria can provide high quality nursing service, improve basic nursing quality, and increase nursing satisfaction.
