摘　　要：在简述数字图书馆发展现状的基础上,提出了可考虑建立数字图书馆专属核心价值、对数字版知识产权进行立法保护、对人才实行培养规划和激励机制等手段,加快数字图书馆建设的建议。Based on expounding the current development of digital library,this paper puts forward some suggestions on speeding up the construction of digital library adopting the measures of taking the establishment of digital library＇s exclusive core value into consideration,carrying out the legislative protection for digital version＇s intellectual property,and implementing the cultivation plan and incentive mechanism for the talents,etc.
