摘　　要：从我国主要高校图书馆数字参考咨询的现状入手,在分析目前国内数字参考咨询存在问题的基础上,介绍了Question Point系统,以期为建立完善的数字参考咨询系统提供借鉴。Starting from the present situation of digital reference service in some main university libraries in China,and based on analyzing the problems currently existing in the digital reference service in China,this paper introduces Question Point system for providing a reference for establishing and perfecting the digital reference system.
