超级粘结剂与Vitapex糊剂应用于牙齿纵折的治疗36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超级粘结剂与Vitapex糊剂联合应用于牙齿纵折治疗的临床治疗效果。方法用Vitapex糊剂及牙胶尖做根管充填,以超级粘结剂修复折裂缝隙,并以永久性冠修复折裂牙。结果在71例病例中,实验组36例成功25例,有效8例,总有效率91.67%,对照组35例,成功21例,有效9例,总有效率85.71%。结论超级粘结剂与Vitapex糊剂联合应用于牙齿纵折治疗能明显改善牙齿根尖周状况,有助于保存纵折的牙齿。Objective To study the effect of clinical treatment of the super adhesive and Vitapex paste applied to the longitudinal fractures.Methods The root canals were filled with Vitapex paste and gutta percha,to repair the fracture gaps with the super adhesive,and to repair fracture teeth with the permanent crown.Results In 71 cases,the experimental group（36 cases）,successful 25 cases and effective 8 cases in total cases,effective rate 91.67% was significantly higher than effective rate 85.71% in the control group（successful 21 cases and effective 9 cases in 35 cases）.Conclusion The combined super adhesive and Vitapex paste applied to the teeth with longitudinal fractures of the teeth can significantly improve the periapical status of teeth,and are help to preserve vertically fractured teeth.
