沿皮透刺法结合走罐治疗股外侧皮神经炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的介绍应用沿皮透刺法结合走罐治疗股外侧皮神经炎的经验。方法 36例股外侧皮神经炎患者应用沿皮透刺法结合走罐治疗。结果应用沿皮透刺法结合走罐治疗0.5～3个月,疗效确切。经过6个月～1年随访,显效12例,有效4例,无效2例。结论沿皮透刺法结合走罐治疗股外侧皮神经炎是一种疗效确切的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the needing through the skin and moving cupping in treating neuritis of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve.Methods The 36 patients with neuritis of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve were treated by the needing through the skin and moving cupping.Results The needing through the skin and moving cupping in treating neuritis of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve has a reliable effect after 0.5~3 months treatment.After following up from 6 months to 1 year,12 cases were obviously effective,4 cases were effective and 2 cases were inefficacy.Conclusion The combination application of the needing through the skin and moving cupping is an effective therapy for treating neuritis of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve.
