摘　　要：目的:研究COX-2与Survivin基因在口腔扁平苔癣中的表达及其与潜在癌变的关系。方法:采用免疫组化检测36例扁平苔藓、10例正常口腔黏膜及20例口腔鳞状细胞癌中COX-2与Survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果:COX-2及Survivin在口腔扁平苔癣中均出现表达上调,其表达阳性率分别为44.44%及27.78%。结论:COX-2及survivin的表达上调在口腔扁平苔癣向鳞状细胞癌的转变中起着重要作用,可以将其作为预测口腔扁平苔藓恶变潜能的重要标志物。Objective：To investigate the expression of COX-2 and survivin in the oral lichen planus（OLP） and analyze the relationship between their expression and the proficiency of cancerization.Methods：The expression of COX-2 and survivin of 36 cases of OLP,10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 20 cases of OSCC were examined with immunohistochemical technique.Results：The expression of COX-2 and survivin in the OLP were up-regulated.The positive expressing rates of COX-2 and survivin in the OLP were 44.44% and 27.78% respectively.Conclusion：COX-2 and survivin were closely related to the cancerization of OLP,which could be recognized as an important marker for prognosis the proficiency of cancerization.
