摘　　要：目的:评价减压术治疗颌骨巨大囊性病变的疗效。方法:16例颌骨巨大囊性病变行颌骨减压术同期行活检术,进行临床和影像学随访,待病变范围明显缩小后,再行二次手术。结果:16例患者颌骨巨大囊性病变明显缩小,术后12～36个月随访未见复发。结论:开窗减压术可以有效治疗颌骨巨大囊性病变,促进新骨形成,改善面部畸形,经二期刮除术后可以彻底清除病变,最大限度保留颌骨解剖结构和功能。Objective：To evalutae the effectiveness of decompression in the treatment of giant jaw cystic lesions.Methods：Decompression were performed simultaneously in 16 cases of giant jaw cystic lesions.Clinical and radiological examinations of these patients were carried out routinely.The curettage via intraoral incision was conducted until the lesions were significantly shrunk.Results：16 cases were shrunk significantly and and after 12 to 36 months no complication occurred.Conclusion：Decompression is a useful treatment modality for the jaw cystic lesions,which can completely remove the lesion and maximally preserve the anatomical structures and physiological function of the mandible.
