NF-κB与P53蛋白在卵巢上皮肿瘤的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨NF-κB和P53蛋白在卵巢上皮肿瘤的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测良性卵巢上皮肿瘤9例、交界性10例和55例卵巢上皮癌肿瘤标本中NF-κB和P53蛋白的表达情况。结果:NF-κB在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率66.67%,明显高于良性和交界性卵巢肿瘤组织的阳性表达率22.22%、40.00%,差异有统计学意义;NF-κB在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织学分级上其阳性率随着分级增高而增高,但是只有在低分化和中高分化组之间阳性率有统计学差异;但在病理类型上没有统计学差异。P53蛋白在恶性组的阳性表达率50.98%,明显高于良性组和交界组,在卵巢恶性肿瘤组织学分级上其阳性率随着分级增高而增高,但是只有在低分化,和中高分化组之间阳性率有统计学差异。但在病理类型上没有统计学差异。在卵巢恶性上皮肿瘤中NF-κB蛋白表达与P53蛋白表达存在正相关。结论:NF-κB与P53蛋白主要表达于卵巢恶性肿瘤中;NF-κB与P53的阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理学分级关系密切;NF-κB与P53蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达存在正相关,两者在肿瘤的发生发展中可能存在协同作用。Objective：to investigate the expression and significance of NF-κB and P53 in epithelial ovarian.Method：The expression of tissue NF-κB and P53 in 55 cases with ovarian carcinoma and 9 cases with ovarian benign tumors and 10 borderline tumors cases was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results：The positive rate expressed by NF-κB in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than those in benign and borderline ovarian tumor.The positive rate expressed by NF-κB in ovarian cancer was increasing with the histological grade of ovarian cancer,but only the difference between the poor differentiated group and the middle,well differentiated group of significance.But there was no significantly difference in pathological type.The results of P53 was same with NF-κB.The expression of NF-κB was significantly positive correlation with the expression of P53.Conclusion：NF-κB protein and P53 protein are mostly expressed in ovarian cancer cells;The expression of NF-κB and P53 has correlation with histological grade of ovarian cancer;Significantly positive correlation has been detected in NF-κB and P53.
