摘　　要：目的:探讨胸苷酸合成酶(TS)和二氢嘧啶脱氢酶(DPD)在胃癌组织中的表达及与临床病理因素和5-FU为主化疗疗效的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测107例胃癌组织及25例癌旁正常胃粘膜组织中TS、DPD的表达。结果:TS、DPD在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于正常胃粘膜,差异有统计学意义;TS、DPD在胃癌组织中的表达与临床病理因素间均无显著性差异;TS和DPD阳性表达者的化疗有效率均低于阴性表达者,两者比较差异有统计学意义。结论:胃癌组织中TS、DPD的表达水平与肿瘤进展及临床分期无关,但可作为接受5-FU为主化疗的胃癌患者判定疗效的预测指标。Objective：To explore the expression of TS and DPD in gastric cancer and the relationship between their expression and clinico-pathological factors and the chemotherapy of 5-FU.Methods：The expression of TS and DPD in 107 gastric cancer tissues and 25 normal gastric ones were ditected by means of immunohistochemistry S-P.Results：The expression of TS and DPD in gastric cancer was significantly higher than the expression in normal gastric mucosa;Either TS or DPD was not associated with all clinicopathological factors.The chemotherapy effective of the positive expression in TS and DPD were lower than those in the negative expression.Conclusion：Though the expression of gastric TS and DPD is not related to the cancerous progress and clinical period,it may be a good index of determining the efficacy of cancer chemotherapy.
