摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查与实地考察等研究方法对北京市新农村体育服务体系发展现状进行分析,指出存在的问题,提出构建北京新农村体育服务体系的主要对策,并以个案为研究提出"高校与农村结合"的双赢模式-发展农民体育,构建北京新农村体育服务体系。By the method of documentation,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation,the paper analyzes the development situation of Beijing new countryside sports service system.It points out the existing problems and then proposes the major countermeasures of building the Beijing new countryside sports service system.With case study,the paper proposes the win-win pattern of ＂integrating university and the countryside＂ to develop the sports for farmers and build new countryside sports service system in Beijing.
