摘　　要：口腔黏膜下纤维性变(oral submucous fibrosis,OSF)是一种慢性、隐匿性、具有癌变倾向的口腔黏膜病。本文对OSF的病名来由、病因、发病机制和病变的性质进行了系统的描述。Oral submucous fibrosis is an insidious chronic disease, resulting in intolerance to spicy foods, blanching, and stiffening of the oral mucosa leading to limitation of mouth-opening, tongue mobility, or swallowing. Oral submucous fibrosis can transform into oral cancer. Treatment for oral submucous fibrosis is a challenge, as the pathogenesis of this disease is obscure. This paper summarizes a wide range of treatment consisting of drug management, physiotherapy, and surgical therapy which have been attempted till date, and claims to use therapeutic alliance depending on the stage of the disease.
