摘　　要：目的观察胃癌患者术前、术后血清标本中miR-29的表达情况及其与预后的关系,探讨胃癌患者血清中miR-29的检测在胃癌早期诊断及预后判断中的价值。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测46例胃癌患者手术前后及30例健康成年人血清中miR-29的表达水平。结果胃癌患者血清中miR-29表达水平显著低于健康成年人;胃癌患者术后血清中miR-29表达水平较术前上调,且上调水平越高预后则越佳。结论 miR-29在血清中的表达水平可作为胃癌早期诊断及预后判断的miRNA指标。Objective To explore the expression of miR-29 in serum of gastric cancer patients and its effect on prognosis. Methods The miR-29 expression in 46 cases of gastric cancer patients and 30 cases of healthy people was measured by real time qPCR. Results The miR-29 expression in the serum of gastric cancer patients was significantly lower than that in the healthy people. After the operation, the miR-29 expression in the serum was up-regulated compared to the level before the operation, and the higher of miR-29 after the operation, the better of prognosis. Conclusion The serum expression of miR-29 could not only be used as a marker in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer, but also a marker in the prediction of prognosis.
