摘　　要：高校毕业生就业状况一直是政府、高校和社会广泛关注的焦点,笔者对当前我国高校毕业生就业状况监测指标进行了全面梳理和分析,提出了构建高校毕业生就业状况监测指标体的原则。在此基础上,构建出一套高校毕业生就业状况监测指标体系,并运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法得到数值型监测结果——高校毕业生就业状况指数,用来表征高校毕业生就业状况。Employment of college graduates has been the government,universities and community-wide focus,the paper on the current status of indicators for monitoring the employment of college graduates to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the comb and put forward the employment situation of university graduates indicators for monitoring the principle of the body.On this basis,build a set of monitoring indicators of college graduates employment system,and the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by numerical monitoring results-index of employment of college graduates,is used to characterize the employment status of college graduates.
