电子行业上市公司资本结构与绩效之相关性浅探

摘　　要：运用多元回归分析法,对深沪两市电子行业上市公司的资本结构与绩效的关系进行实证分析。结果表明:中国电子行业上市公司的资本结构与绩效之间不存在稳定均衡的互动关系。主要原因在于,公司治理指标缺失;实证中选择的财务指标存在着不能准确反映公司财务绩效的缺点;股权融资偏好形成的资本结构状况不能如实反映其经济绩效。The paper makes an empirical analysis according to the sample data of listed companies in electronic industry.This paper uses multivariate linear regression model to analysis the relation between capital structure and corporate performance.The conclusion was that there was negative relationship between capital structure and firm performance of the Listed Companies in Electronic Industry.In view of this conclusion,this article analyzes the reasons.
