摘　　要：针对软件行业人才供需矛盾和传统教学模式局限性,分析问题原因,介绍项目驱动教学法的内涵和实施办法,探讨基于项目驱动的软件测试人才培养模式,从理论教学体系的改革、实践教学体系的建设和3+1教学模式的实施进行深入探索。This paper introduces the contradiction between supply and demand in the software professionals and the limitations of traditional teaching mode.It describes the content and implementation measures of the project-driven approach,and investigates the cultivation model of software testing talents based on project driven teaching model.Then,it deeply discusses and practices the theoretical education system reform,practical teaching system construction and implementation of ＂3＋1＂ teaching model.
