杜仲组织培养中培养条件与含胶量关系的研究

摘　　要：在杜仲愈伤组织的继代培养过程中,随着继代次数的增加,含胶量也呈增加趋势,在4～7 代出现了一个含胶量的高峰值区,8 代以后又迅速下降。增加光照虽然能增加含胶量,但愈伤组织增殖倍数降低,杜仲胶生产的总效率以暗培养为好。固体静止培养的杜仲胶含量和生产效率比液体振荡培养高。提出了一个较理想的产胶愈伤组织生产工艺。In the course of the subculture of callus,the gutta content increased along with the increase of subculture in number of times,with a peak in the 4 to 7 times and a sharp decline after 8 times.Although illumination increased the gutta content,the propagation times of callus decreased;therefore the total production efficiency of gutta was high under dark culture.The gutta content and productivity in the static solid culture were higher than those in te liquid shaking culture.A better production procedure of producing-gutta callus was advanced.
