山葡萄种质资源对霜霉病感病性的评价研究

摘　　要：通过田间自然发病调查和室内离体叶圆片接种鉴定的方法,评价研究了150 份山葡萄种质资源对霜霉病的感病性。结果表明,在山葡萄种内,虽然没有对霜霉病免疫的山葡萄品种,但不同种质之间感病性存在着明显的差异。根据不同资源对霜霉病感病性的不同,将山葡萄种质分为轻感、中感、高感三种类型,其中轻感类型有左山一、087212 等13 份种质,其余为中感和高感类型。By way of investigating the situation of naturally infectingdisease in field and indentificating for inoculating round leaves in room. This paper evaluated infecting disease property on Plasmopara viicola wh ahundred and tifty potion germplasm resources. It showed that infecting disease property was obvious different between different germplasm,Even though no species with immunity from plasmopara viticola wihin the spceies.According to the different infecting diseasepropetty,The germplasm of visits was divided into three tvpes of light.medium and high.The type of light ifecting disease were fourteen portion germplasm of zhuoshanyi,087212,The others were medium and high types.
