摘　　要：目的研究卒中单元内早期康复训练对急性脑卒中患者疗效的影响。方法将120例急性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组56例和研究组64例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗基础上给予卒中单元内早期综合康复训练,观察评定日常生活能力(activities of daily living,ADL)、分析卒中单元内综合康复训练的效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗1个月后,研究组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论卒中单元内早期康复训练能明显提高患者的日常生活能力,提高脑卒中的加强治疗效果。Objective To study the early comprehensive stroke unit rehabilitation of acute stroke patients.Methods 120 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into control group 156 cases and study group 164 casesThe control group received conventional therapy,the study group on the basis of conventional drug therapy given early comprehensive stroke rehabilitation unit,observed the activities of daily living（ADL）,analyzed of stroke unit rehabilitation within the integrated effect.Results The study group total effective rate was significantly higher（P〈0.01）;1 month after treatment,the study group scores were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The early rehabilitation of stroke unit can improve the daily lives of patients,increase the strengthening of stroke treatment.
