摘 要:目的:探索托管模式下民营医院护士规范化培训的方法.方法:利用托管医院的技术优势、人力资源及管理经验,针对新建立民营医院不同层次护士进行规范、系统、快捷的培训,建立护士规范化培训模式.结果:经规范化岗前培训、基础理论培训、基础技能培训、临床实践培训和托管医院强化培训,新护士理论考核和操作考核成绩及患者满意度均较培训前有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:利用托管医院的技术优势、人力资源及管理经验,对新建民营医院的护士进行规范、系统、快捷的培训,能有效提高护士的综合素质、核心技术能力和整体护理水平.Objective:To research the standardized training system for nurses in private hospital of managed mode. Methods: Using the managed hospital of technological advantages, human resources and management experience to build the standardized training system for new nurses in private hospitals with norms, systems, and efficient training. Results:After training, there were significant difference of specialized theory, operate skill and degree of satisfaction of patients with these before training. Conclusion: Using the managed hospital of technology advantage, human resources and management experience, to the private hospital nurses in the new norms, systems, and efficient training, can effectively improve the overall quality of the nurses, key technology capabilities, and overall care standards.
