摘　　要：三螺旋理论本是一整套有效地促进创新发展的系统，但其大学——产业——政府三主体紧密合作所构建的环境系统也为大学9-~,J业，尤其是高科技创业提供了肥沃的土壤。可以说美国创业活动在很大程度上依赖三螺旋模型。那三螺旋模型到底在大学生创业过程中发挥着怎样的作用？放到中国语境下又会有何不同？这些都是值得我们深思熟虑的问题。The Triple helix is a system to help promote the innovation, while it provides fertile soil for the college students＇ business - establishment, especially for the hi -technology innovations. As we can say, the college students＇ business -establishment in America is based on the Triple helix. And then, how the Triple helix on earth do it.？ And what would be different when it＇s put in China.？ These are all the problems that we should think twice.
