摘 要:用旋转粘度计研究了均相羧甲基纤维素(CMC)/羟乙基纤维素(HEC)复合溶液的流变性,考察了复合比、浓度、外加小分子盐和温度对其流变性能的影响。结果表明,复合溶液为典型的非牛顿剪切变稀流体,其粘性指数n<1:与单一CMC和HEC溶液相比较,具有一定复合比的CMC/HEC复合溶液增稠性能更好、非牛顿性更强,而且其粘流活化能较CMC溶液低。?The rheological characteristics of homogeneous carboxymethyl-cellulose (CMC) /hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) complex solution have been studied by rotation viscosimeter.The investigated adning factors include the complexation ratio, solution concentration.salt and temperature. The complex solutions behave generally as a typical non--Newtonianshear-thinning fluid with a characteristic n-parameter lower than 1. The viscosity versustemperature relationship of the complex solution can be expressed in the form of anArrhenius--type equation. Compared with individual CMC solution or HEC solution. thecomplex solution with Certain complexation ratio has better viscosification property andstronger non--Newtonian nature, which are reflected by the calculated characteristic rheologicalparameters n and K. In addition, the viscous flow activation energy of the complex solution islower than individual CMC solution, indicating that the complex solution has little sensitivitytowards temperature than the latter.
