网络时代高校图书馆文检教师素质研究

摘　　要：随着计算机网络教学的迅速发展,网络教学环境下的"教"与"学"的概念与传统教学相比已经发生了根本的变化,新环境对高校图书馆文检教师提出了更高的要求。因此,提高文检教师的素质,是网络信息时代发展的需要,是文检教师自身发展的需要,同时也是对文检教师提出的巨大的挑战。本文仅就网络信息环境下对文检教师素质的要求及培养做一些粗浅探讨。With the rapid development of computer network teaching,online teaching environment,＂education＂ and ＂learning＂ concept,compared with the traditional teaching has undergone fundamental changes,the new text of the university library environment,put forward a higher inspection requirements of teachers.Therefore,improving the quality of teachers in document retrieval,is the network information needs of the times,is the text review their own development needs of teachers,but also for document retrieval teachers presented a huge challenge.This network environment far as examination of the text quality requirements for teachers and the training of some superficial.
