摘　　要：简要介绍近红外光谱分析技术的基本原理、分析步骤、技术优势及在白酒行业中的应用现状,并对其在白酒行业的应用前景进行了讨论。The basic principle,analysis steps,technical characteristic and applications in the liquor industry area of near infrared spectroscopy were introduced in this paper,and the prospect of the technique in the liquor industry was also discussed.
