摘　　要：对MARS-5型微波消解仪在正常使用过程中报警、显示"RTP-300 Plus ERROR"、仪器不能工作的故障原因进行了分析,提出了可自行处理的故障排除方法。为避免类似故障发生,提出了操作中的注意事项。Troubles appeared during MARS -5 microwave accelerated reaction system operation such as alarming, indicating a problem with RTP -300 plus thermo-guard temperature sensor, no starting were analysed. The causations were introduced and corresponding troubleshooting method was proposed. The ways to avoid these troubles in operation were put forward.
