摘  要:目的探讨神经电生理检查对格林巴利综合征(GBS)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析36例以四肢无力为首发症状的GBS患者临床电生理资料:运动神经传导速度(MCV),感觉神经传导速度(SCV),F波,肌电图。结果 36例患者的感觉神经传导速度异常率40.28%,运动神经传导速度异常率60.42%;正中神经、尺神经、胫神经、腓总神经MCV异常率分别为50.00%、53.53%、66.86%及72.22%;F波潜伏期延长21例,四肢肌肉出现正锐波、纤颤电位。结论 GBS患者运动神经损害较感觉神经损害重,下肢较上肢明显;肌电图检查表现为神经源性损害。Objective To aanalyze the electrophysiological features of 36 patients with Guillain Barre syndrome(GBS).Methods Electrophysiological data were retrospectively analyzed in 36 patients with GBS,which included motor conduction velocity(MCV),sensory conduction velocity(SCV),F wave and electromyography(EMG).Results The abnormal rate of MCV was 60.42% and that of SCV was 40.28%.The abnormal rate of MCV of median nerve was 50.00%,and that of ulnar nerve was 53.53%,that of tibial nerve was 66.86% and that of peroneal nerve was 72.22%.EMG revealed the positive sharp waves and fibrillation potential.Conclusion The injury of distal motor nerve is more severe than that of sensory nerve.The damage of nerve in the lower limbs is more severe than that in the upper limbs.EMG reveals the neurogenic damage.
