GEMOX方案治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的评价GEMOX方案治疗晚期胰腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法 42例晚期胰腺癌患者给予吉西他滨800～1200mg/m2,静脉滴注30min,d1、d8;奥沙利铂135mg/m2,静脉滴注2h,d1。2周期后评价化疗效果。无效病例终止化疗;有效病例继续行原方案化疗4～6周期,然后评价其疗效和安全性。结果部分缓解(PR)10例,稳定(SD)11例,进展(PD)21例;有效率(RR)23.8%,1年生存率32.6%。无化疗相关死亡病例。主要不良反应有骨髓抑制、恶性、呕吐、外周末梢神经毒性等。结论 GEMOX方案治疗晚期胰腺癌患者安全有效率,不良反应可以耐受。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of GEMOX regimen in treatment of the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods Forty-two patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were treated with gemcitabine 800-1200mg/m2 for 30 minutes D1 and D8,Oxaliplatin 135mg/m2 for 2 hours a,D1.Clinical efficacy was evaluated two weeks later,on the basis of which,chemotherapy was stopped in the patients without effectiveness or GEMOX regimen was continued for 4 to 6 weeks in those with active response to the chemotherapy.Results Of 42 patients,10 cases achieved partial remission,11 cases stable and no death case with an effectiveness rate of 23.8%.The 1-year survival rate was 32.6%.The main side effects included myelosuppression,nasea,vomiting and peripheral neurotoxicity.Conclusion GEMOX regimen is effective and safe with some tolerable side effects.
