摘 要:目的通过对615例人工耳蜗植入儿童的言语语言康复效果进行跟踪评估,探讨康复教育方案的有效性及听力障碍儿童言语语言发展规律。方法评估使用中国聋儿康复系统通用的听力障碍儿童语言能力评估标准及方法,采用三因素重复测量实验设计,选择性别、植入年龄和康复时间作为自变量,因变量为言语语言能力评估结果。结果听力障碍儿童言语语言能力随康复时间延长而显著提高(P<0.01);随着术后康复进展,听力障碍儿童的语言理解能力较快的出现明显康复效果,语言表达能力则相对较慢;小年龄组的言语语言能力提升幅度大于大年龄组提升幅度;言语语言能力评估结果的变异系数随康复进展越来越小。结论年龄越小,人工耳蜗植入后的言语语言康复效果越显著、进步速度越快。经过1年康复训练,同年龄组听力障碍儿童言语语言能力分化越来越小,说明康复教育方案的有效性,听力障碍儿童语言学习是一个长期过程。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of speech and language rehabilitation by evaluating 615 hearing impaired children with cochlear implants.METHODS Evaluation criteria and methods of hearing impaired children were used as research tool.This research was based on gender,age and intervention time by three mixed design.The dependent variable was children's evaluation results of speech and language rehabilitation and independent variable was the children's age,gender and the evaluation time.Software SPSS16.0 was applied to analyze the statistical data.RESULTSThe entire children's speech and language scores increased significantly with prolonged rehabilitated time(P0.01),With the process of rehabilitation after cochlear implantation,hearing impaired children's language comprehensive skills developed quickly,and expression skills were relatively late.Younger age groups had got a larger enhancement on speech and language than the older age groups.The coefficients of variation turned smaller.CONCLUSION The younger cochlear surgery and rehabilitation are doing,the more signi?cant and faster progress will be obtained.After one year of rehabilitation training,hearing-impaired children's speech and language ability has improved,and hearing-impaired children's language learning is a long process.
