摘　　要：提出了一种新的原子吸收光谱法,即悬浮液进样火焰原子吸收光谱法.并用于面粉中铁锌的测定.将面粉配制成悬浮液,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰.用标准加入法测定.测定结果与灰化法一致.方法简便快速.A modification of the FAAS determination of zinc and iron in wheat flour is reported in this paper. Instead of the ashing method, direct injection of the wheat flour sample in suspension into the air-acetylene flame is studied. Standard addition method is used in the determination, and the results obtained are consistent with those of ashing method.
