摘  要:目的用半定量方式探讨不同病理类型孤立性肺结节在SPECT摄取18F-FDG的差异。资料与方法回顾性分析69例孤立性肺结节SPECT显像结果,半定量法(T/N)研究不同病理类型肺结节摄取18F-FDG的差异。结果恶性病变摄取18F-FDG比值明显高于良性病变,鳞癌摄取18F-FDG比值高于腺癌,差异均有统计学意义;良性病变之间差异无统计学意义。结论 18F-FDG摄取值半定量分析对孤立性肺结节良、恶性鉴别有重要意义,对恶性病变病理类型有一定预测价值。Purpose To investigate the difference of 18↑F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG) uptaking between different pathologic types of solitary pulmonary nodules(SPN) on SPECT imaging by semi-quantitative analysis.Materials and Methods The SPECT data of 69 cases of SPN were retrospectively reviewed and the semi-quantitative T/N was calculated to compare the difference between different pathologic types.Results The 18↑F-FDG uptaking value in malignant disease was statistically higher than in benign lesions(P〈0.05).The 18↑F-FDG uptaking value in squamous carcinoma was statistically higher than in adenocarcinoma(P〈0.05).There was no statistical difference among benign lesions(P〉0.05).Conclusion The semi-quantitative analysis of 18↑F-FDG uptaking value is helpful for SPN diferential diagnosis and malignancy prediction.
