摘　　要：体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF ET)的成功率受到胚胎质量、宫腔内环境、免疫等多种因素的影响,任何环节出现异常都有可能导致整个治疗周期的失败。反复植入失败(RIF)不但加重了患者的经济负担,而且对其身心亦造成了双重打击。为此,积极探寻RIF原因,采取有效的治疗措施降低IVF失败率,从而改善IVF结局成为辅助生殖技术中亟待解决的问题。The successful in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET） treatment depends on the quality of embryo, intrauterine environment, immunity and other factors. Recurrent implantation failure （RIF） not only increases the financial burden on patients, but also causes physical and mental hurt to them. Therefore, it is essential to explore the reasons for RIF and take effective measures to reduce the rate of IVF-ET failure, and finally improve the outcome of IVF ET in assisted reproductive technology.
