摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜胰体尾脾联合胆囊切除治疗胰尾癌并胆囊癌的可行性。方法:对临床诊断为胰尾癌并胆囊癌、慢性胆囊炎急性发作,继发性脾功能亢进的患者实施腹腔镜胆囊、胰体尾脾切除。结果:手术过程顺利,肿瘤完整切除,术中出血少,创伤小,术后恢复快,患者痊愈出院,随访一年病人生活质量良好。结论:腹腔镜胰体尾脾、胆囊切除治疗胰尾癌并胆囊癌是可行的,其具有传统手术的安全性,又具有微创性的优点,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective：To evaluate the feasibility of the treatment of pancreatic tail cancer and gallbladder cancer by laparoscopic cholecystectomy combine the body and tail of pancreas and spleen resection.Methods：Patients were diagnosed as carcinoma of the tail of pancreas and gallbladder,chronic cholecystitis acute attack and secondary hypersplenism,by means of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combine the body and tail of pancreas and spleen removed.Results： Surgical procedure was successful with complete tumor resection.During surgery was less bleeding,trauma less and faster postoperative recovery.Conclusion：Laparoscopic pancreatic body and tail of spleen and pancreas tail resection for gallbladder cancer and gallbladder cancer is feasible,it has the security of the traditional surgery,but also has the advantages of minimally invasive nature,is worthy of further application.
