摘 要:以淀粉为糖源,对采用转糖苷法合成淀粉糖苷表面活性剂的上层液进行回收利用,以反应产品聚合度为目标,探讨上层液替代高碳醇合成淀粉糖苷的最佳工艺条件,对所得的产品进行FT-IR,GC-MS表征,并与用原材料合成的淀粉糖苷表面活性剂做性能对比研究。结果表明,上层液替代高碳醇能够合成淀粉糖苷表面活性剂,产品的理化指标符合国家标准要求,此回收方法适应工业化生产。This paper studies the utilization of the upper liquid in trans-glycosidation of starch and alcohol.The upper liquid was used to replace the long-chain alcohol in trans-glycosidation for synthesis of starch polyglycosides with starch.The optimum reaction conditions were determined with the degree of polymerization as the optimization objective.The product was characterized by FT-IR,GC-MS.The physico-chemical properties were contrasted with the starch polyglycosides produced from starch and alcohol.The results demonstrated that the synthesized product was starch polyglycosides,and the properties were up to national standards.The recycling method was feasible for industrial production.
