摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展,企业社会责任(CSR)逐渐进入中国,越来越多的实践表明:企业社会责任在企业发展和社会进步中都发挥着重要作用。本文通过对国有企业在社会主义社会中的特殊地位和作用的研究,根据社会、企业双赢模式指出国有企业在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,应增强责任感和使命感,积极履行社会责任,并就如何从外部规范国有企业履行社会责任提出了五点建议。With the development of economic globalization,corporate social responsibility（CSR） has gradually entered China.More and more practices show that the corporate society responsibility plays an important role in the enterprise development and social progress.Based on the study on the special position and function of the state-owned enterprises in socialist society,couple with win-win model of society and enterprises,this paper points out that through the society and the enterprise win-win mode,the state-owned enterprises should strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission in the process of constructing the harmonious society,actively fulfill the social responsibilities.Finally,this paper puts forward five suggestions on how to externally regulate state-owned enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
