摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下,伴随企业社会责任运动也在全球范围内的展开,企业社会责任成为我国中小型制造业企业进入国际市场和实现企业可持续发展所无法回避的问题。文章在简要论述了企业社会责任与企业可持续发展的关系,并简要分析我国中小型制造业企业社会责任状况的基础上,探讨我国中小型制造业企业应该如何进行战略型企业社会责任管理。文章认为我国中小型制造业企业应该通过创新以及战略性地承担企业社会责任,以实现企业的可持续发展。In the context of economic globalization, accompanied by corporate social responsibility movement has also started on a global scale, CSR can not be avoided to Chinese small and medium manufacturing enterprises who want to be access to international markets and to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. On one hand, there is a brief discussion on the relationship between CSR and sustainable development of business in this paper. On the other hand, there is a brief analysis of Chinese small and medium manufacturing enterprises in the state on the basis of social responsibility, then it also explore the way on Chinese small and medium manufacturing enterprises＇ strategic CSR management. It argues that small and medium manufacturing enterprises in China should adopt the innovation, and strategic corporate social responsibility management in order to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
