单蒂皮瓣与双蒂皮瓣治疗瘢痕性睑外翻的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察单蒂肌皮瓣与双蒂肌皮瓣治疗瘢痕性睑外翻的临床效果。方法：应用眼睑皮肤及眼轮匝肌制作单蒂肌皮瓣和双蒂肌皮瓣转位移植于瘢痕切除后的创面,治疗23例（25眼）。结果：术后随访6~18个月23例（25眼）均达到眼睑闭合功能良好,外观满意的效果。结论：单蒂肌皮瓣与双蒂肌皮瓣治疗瘢痕性睑外翻效果良好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of single pedicle flap and double pedicle flap in treament cicatricial ectropion.Methods： 23 cases（25eyes）of cicatricial ectropion were treated.We made single pedicle flap and double pedicle flap with the eyelid skin and orbicularis muscle,Then we translocated and transplanted it to the wound that the scarwas removed.Results： Following Up for 6 to 18 months after operation,All cases had good results of eyelid closure functions and appearance.Conclusion： Clinical effects are satisfactory that we treat cicatricial ectropion with single pedicle flap and double pedicle flap.
